Junior Digital Marketing Consultant
About The Role
- Working across the company’s roster of both emerging and well established artists, alongside the Marketing team, artist management & artist, helping to implement effective Marketing strategies with a critical eye for how to reach and engage with different audiences and fanbases.
- Will be responsible for regularly communicating with artist – sending content ideas for artist to post. As well as keeping an eye on how to promote artist across social media via content seeding.
- Has to be knowledgeable with what the current social media trends are and how the company’s roster can capitalise off of them.
- Being aware of changes and developments in the music market, with particular emphasis on innovative marketing strategy.
- Conceiving and implementing industry leading marketing campaigns and strategies that reflects the vision and goals of the artist, management or label.
- Collect and manage marketing and campaign assets, executing paid media campaigns across all major digital platforms and reporting back both internally and externally on campaigns, analysing performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
- Communicating with management and artists on a regular basis to address concerns, manage expectations and generally maintain a good working relationship, along with senior marketing team.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all aspects of the marketing campaigns.
- Pro-actively providing insight, advice and creative planning support for roster.
- Be available to capture content for artists when needed.
- Representing the company in meetings with existing and potential artists, artist management and in the wider industry, including attending gigs, panels etc.

- Knowledge of pop, Dance and Alternative music and be able to demonstrate this. But mainly Afrobeats and UK/US Rap/R&B!
- Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to emails and calls at any time of day or night (potentially including weekends)
Salary
- the equivalent of £21k pa
Education/Experience Required:
• Previous work in the music industry (2+ years preferably).
Location
- Mainly work remotely and allow employees to work from anywhere.
