The Team

Educating and encouraging today’s generation to become tomorrow’s leaders in their chosen field

For over a decade Cre8ing Vision has educated, inspired and connected people to unique opportunities in the creative industry. Cre8ing  Vision’s commitment to fostering a more inclusive and equitable space for people from diverse backgrounds positively influences the future of the creative industries for the better.

Having seen a gap in the market, Cre8ing Vision’s founders, Andrea Euell, Nicola Charles and Kwame Kwaten combined their wealth of expertise to establish The Ultimate Seminar. Designed to help take creative and cultural aspirations to the next level,  the invaluable advice, expertise and knowledge communicated by top industry leaders, equips the attendees with the necessary tools and education to get ahead in their chosen career path.

After exceeding all expectations in popularity and demand, further branches were formed under the umbrella entity of Cre8ing Vision, including A&R focus groups, music surgeries, live performance initiatives and mentoring programmes to name just a few. These initiatives work with creatives across communities to come together to take part in a movement where they are offered opportunities in music and the creative industry with a main focus on cultural learning and diversity.  The versatility of delivery whether in person or on zoom, means that Cre8ing Vision caters not only to nationwide but also worldwide needs and continues to grow organically in response to the needs of its audience.

Cre8ing Vision’s ethos and commitment to its founding principles remains at its core throughout, offering free events and pioneering initiatives. These engage and influence by removing barriers to entry, providing tools, experience, contacts and confidence to enter the music/creative industries, succeeding in inspiring the next generation of industry professionals.

What sustains Cre8ing Vision, are its foundations built on the passion and love of the three founders for the work that they do. All three are dedicated to changing the industry, showing that people, particularly those from gender and ethnic minorities deserve to be recognised and given life-altering opportunities.
