A multi-instrumentalist playing the guitar, trumpet, keyboard, drums, violin, mandolin, and is currently learning tabla. 

Geoff is an experienced artist manager having developed and delivered an album launch campaign culminating in a sell-out show at the iconic Bush Hall in West London. He has planned and managed tours, developed successful social media campaigns and works with artists to develop and plan their careers in music. 

Geoff knows that music is a business and has a proven track record in successfully turning artists’ passion for music into a business by: 

  • Developing easy to understand personalised career action plans that can be implemented  
  • Identifying and maximising income streams e.g. through merch, live performance, digital media etc. 
  • Relationship management and how to do this well

Currently looking after Grammy Award-winning, BRIT & IVOR-nominated artist/writer/producer MNEK, London-based singer-songwriter Duchess, DJ & Producer Rymez, DJ & Broadcaster Manny Norté. Previously worked with Dave Okumu, Clean Bandit, Rae Morris and Sam Fischer.

Prior to this role, Chrystal was the Artist Co-Ordinator at UROK Management in London, looking after Jess Glynne, Kiko Bun, Mystery Jets, Ekkah and Plan B. Chrystal also has over 15 years’ experience as Creative Arts Co-Ordinator (NewVIc, ARK Schools, Living Song) and is an active singer and performer with notable credits including, The Kingdom Choir (Royal Wedding 2018), Urban Voices Collective (Official Olympic Closing Ceremony 2012 Choir, Baftas 2013, BBC Proms 2014), WahWah45s Players, RECLondon and “Last Choir Standing” finalists Revelation Choir. In addition, Chrystal is an active member of YM&U’s EmbRace Committee, which was founded in the wake of Blackout Tuesday 2020.

Job: Outreach Manager and Entrepreneurship / Manager A&R / Founder of Power Up

A UK based music and media executive with twenty years of experience in the music industry, including roles in management, Major and Independent Record Labels. He is founder of Unstoppable Music Group, a group of companies consisting of Management, Production, Record Label and Cultural Marketing. At the PRS Foundation he created and launched the Hitmaker Fund, to support behind the scenes songwriters and producers with grant funding as well as launching the Future Hitmaker grant, and Momentum Accelerator grant. Wynter now works with A.I.M (Association of Independent Music) as Entrepreneur & Outreach Manager where he helps independent music entrepreneurs and rights holders to navigate the music and media ecosystem to maximise the potential in the rights that they own. Wynter is Co-Founder of Power Up! An initiative to fight back against anti-black racism and create a fairer and more equitable music industry in the UK.

Starting her career at TaP Music working with artists such as DJ Shadow, Georgia Twinn, Chelcee Grimes and Rat Boy. She has since worked with Liam Payne at KIN Partners, and is now at YM&U supporting two directors across their varied rosters, assisting on projects such as Clean Bandit and Emily Burns. Jo has been awarded an Outstanding Music Graduate award from UK Music for her contribution to industry since graduating from the BA Music Management course at Southampton Solent University.
