Cre8ing vision helped me as a young student with no connections break into a tough industry by showing the importance of dedication, consistency and building your own network. The A&R focus groups gave me the confidence to trust my taste and ideas. It taught me how to articulate my vision and bounce ideas with like minded creative minds, which has become so valuable for me now. The access to so many amazing mentors/industry professionals is invaluable and something I don’t see any other organisation/platform doing.
