I attended the ultimate seminar three years in a row whilst still at university and it's where I made my first real music industry contacts. Thanks to a connection made there I booked my first studio sessions in London and met my first manager.
Swedish-Iranian r&b singer Ayelle has been songwriting ever since she learned how to write.
Growing up in Sweden and Spain, she continued on to pursue music in London, where she has since garnered support from the likes of Complex, Majestic Casual, BBC 1Xtra, Wonderland Magazine and Highsnobiety.
Known for her sultry tone, the singer/songwriter works with a range of producers like Maths Time Joy, Sevdaliza producer Mucky and Brad Baker, blending her own brand of r&b with electronic elements and thoughtful lyricism.
Drawing inspiration from own life experiences, her writing explores power dynamics within relationships, challenging the status quo, as well as sparking discussion and self-reflection.
Her 2018 EP “Slow Clap” was picked as Jamz Supernova’s #1 EP on BBC1Xtra and having received PRS Momentum fund and with performances at SXSW 2019, Ayelle is now embarking on a big year.
“She’s the real deal when it comes to electronic-R&B” – HillyDilly, 2019
“The warmth of the Mediterranean and the dreaminess of Scandinavia can both by heard vying for attention in her creations” – Complex, 2019
“I attended the ultimate seminar three years in a row whilst still at university and it’s where I made my first real music industry contacts. Thanks to a connection made there I booked my first studio sessions in London and met my first manager. It was the beginning of a long journey that’s still going and I’m so thankful for the advice and positive space that the ultimate seminar provided me with at those early stages of my career.”
