Music background preferred but not essential

The principal is a well known singer / songwriter / actress who, alongside these roles, has various other projects on the go. While the role will be heavily focussed on the personal side of her life you will be working very closely with her Management. She is really on the ball and so requires someone who can be one step ahead at all times & keep in constant communication with progress updates. The person will need to have buckets of common sense. While she is not looking for a ‘yes man’ she does want someone who will think outside the box to get a task done. And a good sense of humour is important.

You will be required to attend the principal’s house every week at least once and more often during busier times.

Tasks include, but are not limited to;

• Extensive & sometimes complicated diary management
• Be a personal reminder for any up coming events, deadlines & Birthday’s
• Run errands
• Gift shopping & wrapping
• House management; overseeing nannies, housekeeper, engineer’s, builder’s etc
• Research & book personal travel
• Online shopping & returns
• Opening post & actioning anything necessary
• Filing
• Occasional wardrobe management
• Scheduling Doctor’s appointments & making insurance claims
• Children & school calendar’s
