Krish Kudhail is an MA Music Business Management graduate, who has a high level of expertise working in Drill, Afrobeats, Rap & Hip Hop Music. Krish has worked on many successful marketing campaigns for the likes of Digga D, M1llionz, Rema, K-Trap, iann dior, Internet Money, Ayra Starr & more. She is a Senior Artist Marketing Manager at PLATOON, where she oversees the UK and some of the Africa roster – which includes Mavin Records’ artists such as Ayra Starr, Crayon, LADIPOE & more.


NK-OK started production at 13 producing The Age of L.U.N.A. By the age of 15 produced 2 albums and 2 EP’s. Now 23, he is one half of the GRAMMY-award winning duo Blue Lab Beats (other half being Mr DM). They won USA GRAMMY certification for their production on Angelique Kidjo’s track ‘Fired Up’ Mother Nature winner of Best Global Music Album category. October 2022 saw them win Innovation Award at the UK Jazz FM Awards and nominated for Jazz Award at 2022 Mobo’s. NK-OK and Mr DM’s latest Blue Lab Beats album “Motherland Journey” includes the vocals of Pip Millet, Tiana Major 9, Emmavie, Ego Ella May, Kofi Stone and the late, great, Fela Kuti. With over 40 million streams on Spotify alone Blue Lab Beats also has production & remix credits with Angelique Kidjo, Rag N Bone Man, Dua Lipa, Kojey Radical (having produced ‘Silk’ on his latest album), Jaz Karis, Joe Hertz, FloFilz, Sampa The Great, Amp Fiddler. Supported live the likes of Roy Ayers , Thundercat & Robert Glasper at Jazz A Vienne. Playing Montreux and Montreal Jazz Festival in a 3 day sprint around the globe finishing up with their own 10 date European headline tour in October 2022.

Music Operations Coordinator @ TIK TOK

Jamie is part of the EU Music Operations team at TikTok, her role consists of coordinating Music Partnerships & Content teams across EU. Jamie’s role is extremely broad covering project management, financial duties, team coordination and events. Jamie recently helped bring to life StemDrop; a new evolution in global music collaboration which invites TikTok creators to produce their own version of an exclusive track created by prolific hitmakers Max Martin, Savan Kotecha and Ali Payami. In 2022, Jamie has worked across #Genre campaigns including #ElectronicMusic, #AltMusic and #Rap, event activations such as The Great Escape & ADE, and worked with sponsors such as the BRITs, UK Festival Awards, Artist & Manager awards amongst many more. Financial strategy & planning as well as being an internal system specialist has carved Jamie a successful career at TikTok. Previous roles found Jamie as AWAL’s Operations Manager (later specialising in Business Intelligence & data), a Label Neighbouring Rights coordinator at Kobalt, and a Personal Assistant at the Church Studios

Artist Community Manager @ TIK TOK

Working directly with artists such as Disclosure, RAYE, Arthur Hill, Rina Sawayama, Eliza Rose and more. James is the main electronic artist contact at TikTok in the UK and is spearheading 2022’s #ElectronicMusic campaign. His role includes working across major song campaigns, day-to-day account management and supporting artists on best practice and troubleshooting. He is also helping to lead the charge on finding and developing endemic independent artists, and onboarding them onto the platform. He has played a key role in TikTok’s recent partnership with Youth Music. James is also the Artist Partnership rep for SoundOn UK, TikTok’s music distribution platform. James is responsible for finding and onboarding artists and songs for the platform, and oversees the campaign from start to finish. Before TikTok, James worked as an artist manager and publishing A&R for FINE Group and Bigger Picture Entertainment. He discovered and developed singer Alaina Castillo, who was Spotify US first RADAR artist.
