Timi is an award-nominated writer, editor, and music industry professional. As a prolific music journalist, she has written acclaimed pieces on Jazmine Sullivan, Amaarae, and Dua Lipa. She has worked at two leading global streaming platforms – Spotify and Apple Music – and co-edited the Penguin-published anthology Black Joy in 2021. In August 2024, she will pursue a fully funded scholarship to study for an MA in Cultural Reporting and Criticism at NYU.
Felix co-wrote “Overload” and “Stronger” with the Sugababes, “You Sent Me Flying” & “What Is It About Men” with Amy Winehouse, as well as co-writes with Sia and many others. As a publishing A&R he signed Calvin Harris, Lana Del Rey, MNEK, among many others, and as a records A&R signed Lewis Capaldi & Klangkarussell with Daniel Lieberberg to Universal Germany. At BMG New Recordings he helps A&R Lady Blackbird, Sugababes, Louis Tomlinson, Katie Melua, Rizzle Kicks, has just finished an Art Garfunkel Snr & Jr duets album, and is working on about 5 other records for next year.
He co-manages the artists Ashaine White & Lovelle. He lives in London with two teens and a dawg.

Prior to Vevo, Jodeci worked for companies such as MTV and Link Up TV, working across campaigns for Nike, JD and BBC Radio 1 – also presenting Reprezent Radio’s Saturday breakfast show. She’s now the founder of a new marketing and media agency called GLU.
Joe Barbe has been at Atlantic Records for 14 years, starting as a PA and working his way to become a fully fledged A&R. His current roster of artists includes Nathan Dawe, Issey Cross, KSI and Bug Eyed. He also spent 3.5 years managing Rinse FM’s label so has experience of record labels at a major and independent level.
Ray Fiasco is a multifaceted artist based in London, known for his work as a music video director, photographer, and fine artist. He has directed music videos for a variety of well-known artists, including Knucks, Kurupt FM, Kendrick Lamar etc.
