JOB TITLE : Content Manager at BOXPARK & Co-Founder of Fusion Network UK

Mugib started out being a Youth Volunteer at age thirteen for Southwark Council. Given the opportunity to start his very own local singing competition, he received £12,000 in funding across two years that introduced him to the world of the music business. He went on later to gain work experience from companies such as SBTV, Dropout UK and Slenky working with brands such as Sony Mobile, Tech City UK and Sky Academy.  

In 2016, he then joined the ILUVLIVE team as an intern then went on to be their Digital and Social Content Assistant working on additional projects such as event stage management, Rated Awards 2016 and Izzy Bizu. He achieved this all whilst studying and then went to start his very own music industry networking brand Fusion Network UK.

Fusion Network UK is a music industry networking night for those upcoming and we also showcase live music from artists who we believe are about to embark on a great journey in the business. Previous acts include Jaz Karis, Flohio, Jordy, OSH, FelixThe1st and many more. We have also collaborated with brands such as Sony Music UK, Soho House, The Ministry, BOXPARK and since 2020 based in Havas KX.

In June 2021, during the Euros 2020 campaign, Mugib joined BOXPARK, one of London’s biggest culture and entertainment venues, as the Assistant Events and Social Media Manager at their Croydon site. After just under a year at the company he has now been promoted to Content Manager working across the complete brand.
